We'd be honored if you would join us for another magical night of memories with amazing Iowa food and a menu featuring FIVE courses of new school twists on old classics! 

MENU:

COURSE 1

“Enter The Panzanebula” Panzanella with Iowa Sweet Beets, Pickled Red Onions, Garlic/Herb Gournay Cheese and Handmade Herbed Croutons.

COURSE 2

”Galactic Gazpacho”  Watermelon Gazpacho with the crisp, peppery bite of Iowa Radishes, topped with Creme Fraiche, Olive Oil and Iowa Microgreens

COURSE 3

“Across The Universe” Prime Iowa Beef chopped and served atop Rye Circles with Homemade Tomato + Raspberry Jalapeno Jams, nestled on Mustard Leek Infused Cauliflower Turnip Purees, crowned with Crispy Onions and Iowa microgreens.

COURSE 4

“A Taste Odyssey” Chicken Roulade flavored with Plum, Cheese, Onions, Truffle and Herbs served on a bed of crispy homemade blue potato chips. Accompanied by a medley of seasonal vegetables,

DESSERT

“Warped Sorbet Trio” A trio of homemade sorbets topped with meringue and toasted tableside. Carrot Ginger Sorbet w/ Citrus Meringue, Cucumber Mint Sorbet w/ Tomato Meringue and Guava Sorbet w/ Chili Meringue.
